Yesterday we took our first daughter to college! It was truly a great day with only a few wells of tears. It was fun to watch she and her roommate work together to set up their room and then have dinner with our two families.

I was reminded again yesterday how thankful I am for my family. I love my family and I am so blessed to be a part of this amazing team. I am also thankful for who Becca is as she leaves for school. I believe that she is strong in who she is, her faith in the Lord and can stand on her own two feet. She is now ready for the next stage where she will be challenged, stretched and shaped even more into who God wants her to be. I am thankful.

Even in all this certainty of who God is in our lives I am still working through the emotions. Yesterday was better because we were doing the moving, but boy just under the surface still rest many emotions for all of us. Still I am thankful!!
