Sitting here at Starbucks for the second day in a row while my youngest is seeing Harry Potter with friends and my husband is at an event with the small singing group he directs. It has actually been helpful to have these three hour blocks and get some work done before the Thanksgiving Break.
Today my focus was the shapes assessment (seen in the picture). Once again, as with every assessment I have taken for this program, I am amazed at how accurate the findings are. Each tool has interchanged in a way that allows me to dig deeper into understanding myself, how I interact with others, and my leadership. These tools have been transformational in considering who I am, where I am, and where I want to be. Some exciting stuff here folks!
Going into Thanksgiving this week and must post how extremely grateful I am for my faith, my family, and my friends. I have been blessed beyond measure and never want to take lightly all that I have been given. Though this post is short - the movie is over - it is not lacking in learning and thanksgiving.
